Jem'Hadar, without question. They are much more skilled with bladed and energy weapons, while wookies rely more on brute hand-to-hand combat, which the Jem'Hadar are no slouch in either. The Jem'Hadar also have no compulsion to help wounded comrades and are less likely to let their own injuries slow them down.

Jem'Hadar. Wookies are warlike and all -- probably fearsome fighters. But they wouldn't stand a chance against Jem'hadar.

I am going with wookiees as they so bad ass they attack tanks by them selves. not to mention in close combat they can break a human sized being over their knees or rip off lips and beat their opponent with them. As for the range wookiee bowcasters have a smilar rate of fire and power to blasters which are far more powerful than any hand weapon seen in trek.

Wookie, those guys are big, strong and fierce, we know they can fight with energy weapons, and I can't imagine a race such as them also don't know hand weapons either. Now Worf vs. Wookie. I go with Worf, barely. I'd rather see Star Trek win vs. Star Wars, but wookies are bad as$.

Jesus Christ, is this a freakin' joke? I'd like to see the Jem'Hadar on the beaches of Kashyykk and see how quickly they get mowed down by the CIS.

Wookiee bowcasters PWN any weapon seen in Trek and IIRC they also have enough heightened senses to detect the imperfect cloak (shimmering effect, does not cover smell or sound, etc) of the Jemmies. Bonus Kill Points if this battle takes place in a woodland setting and Double Score if the Furballs are allowed to use claws.

You know, that's a pretty racist thing to say. Wookiees are obviously intelligent and can not only understand humans, they are very adept with tools and weapons and can operate and maintain technology. IIRC, their vocal chords physically cannot speak Basic or Standard, whatever they hell they call it.

Like many of these scenarios, the outcome would depend greatly on the specifics of the encounter.

What weapons are each side allowed? Where are they fighting - are they on a flat, featureless surface standing 10 paces apart O.K. Corral style (in which case either side could win, since it would all rest on who managed to shoot who first), or is there terrain to exploit? Trees would give the Wookiees a massive advantage, but lots of other sorts of cover would also aid the Jem'Hadar. Do the combatants know anything about each other's capabilities?

Would the OP be able to define the specifics of the scenario a bit more?

To be fair though, even though no-one can absolutely 100% "prove" the outcome because the situation has never and will never occur, it's still possible to be able to theorise that a particular outcome is in all likelihood certain to the smallest margin of error.

I mean, if we were arguing who would win in a fist-fight between Quark and Superman, we wouldn't argue that no-one knows simply because they've never actually done it.
