Which do you prefer? Â¿TNG/neanderthal look, or TOS/JJ look?

I like them both but yes I prefer Romulans with no ridge. However with continuity I just consider some Romulans have bigger ridges than others just like the Klingons. So I believe there is a wide variety.

To the OP, I prefer the original Romulan look. Personally, I wouldn't mind a slight ridge but other than I've never really found them to add anything.

Looks like ridges to me.

Thank you for sharing these great pictures. I never saw these before. I like the lines which are added it reminds me of the Romulan wings insignia.

I am not sure if its ridges one of ears was bitten by a Klingon or some alien when Nero was on Rura Pente.

I always hated the bogus-looking Romulans from the 24th century era. They looked like Cro Magnons with pointy ears.

I'm glad they went to the classic look.
