Yup, been pretty bad. First place was nice but entirely as advertised, 2nd and 3rd the agents never turned up so not looking good so far. Waiting to hear back about a couple more.

and make sure the racoons are out. I actually had an apartment with racoons in the crawlspace.

I was gonna say they should have given you an option to renew your lease, if you're a good tenant.

He didn't at first but I was down town triying to avoid him and who do you think I ran into but him but he is willing to allow me to stay I don't have to leave town witch means I am able to cotinue my freedom

(stands up and jumps for joy)
