My lease ends at the end of the mounth and need to find a new apartment Any one else doing the same thing

No, I live in a co-op-Mainly because when I tried to look for an apartment, the rent amounts were ridiculous-$900-$1000 for basically a dungeon (utilities NOT included)

Maybe the owners are leaving the city which would make it difficult for them to maintain the apartment or collect rent

Nope, i'll by in a small town 30 minutes by train away from the center of Brussels and i pay around 350 euro's (all in (heat power water and highspeed internet and cable)) But when if i wanted to move to the center of Brussels or Antwerp ( a descend area not a Ghetto with lots of crime) it will be +/- 700 euros (heat, power, water, etc NOT included) and that for both a place with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, livingroom and hallway. City life is expensive in Belgium

It depends on what you use to hunt apartments with, as a wounded apartment is dangerous and can turn on a hunter and kill him or her. .30-.30 Marlin carbine or .300 Savage.

i prefer an upstairs, Burglars choose groundfloor apartments to break in.
