In an earlier thread we discuss using Casimir effect to create a FTL drive .. Seem Darpa is looking at Nanotechnology and Casmir effect for host of application from Anti Grav to trapping zero point energy.

It's an interesting world we live in these days. Exciting that the article mention FTL starships, but why exactly is U.S. Defense funding this? No offense, but like every other non-American in the world, the U.S Defense force scares the s... out of me.

With CERN running for the next twenty years, who knows what sort of world we'll live in when we're all old folks.
