"We have a Priority One Emergency on our hands. It appears that Starfleet May be under attack from an Alien Threat. It has been brought to my attention, that several positions in Starfleet may have already been comprimised. Not knowing how far up the ladder this may go, I think it wise to call in reinforcements, and stick with people we know we can trust." "So far, the only ones aware of the situation, are us, and Admiral Catherine Janeway. She informed me, that her and her crew had stumbled onto this situation, while still in the Delta Quadrant. She thought that she had resolved this matter with Species 8472, but now it seems, that is not the case." "Are they simply here gathering information on us, if so, for what purpose? Until I know for sure, I'm not going to take any chances. I want you to go to Deck 12, and select two people to help you start working on High-yield warheads armed with modified nanoprobes, off the specs from Voyager.
