One, have a bunch of Pikachu Poke'Mon wait till the Borg get on planet then electrocute them. Two, use Slifer the Sky Dragon when the Borg arrive because as soon as the Borg are "summoned" to the field Slifer attacks and all monsters are destroyed.

I dunno if Borgs are classified as "monsters" that Pokemons ability might not work :logical:

They'd probably adapt quickly. Everyone knows that the only thing that can defeat the Borg are the Daleks.

Prove that Pokemon abilities are frequency based.

Depends on which version of the Daleks. Older Daleks couldn't negotiate stairs, Time War Daleks would @$$-rape the Borg. There are also numerous other species/sci-fi that would wipe the Borg from the face of the Galaxy.
