I don't think there was but is it possible there might have been something going on between Data and Geordi?
Even if there was, I don't think it was ever explored

Data and Geordi? I don't think so. Can two people of the same sex not be good friends without it being homosexual?
As for the original question, I wondered that myself recently, and personally can't recall any. I'm willing to bet if the series was made now there would be, though.

In episode 'The Outcast' there was a species that had no genders and Riker fell in love with one of them, kinda like homosexual thing and straight thing at the same time...?

yeah those people kind of creeped me out, probably for the same reasons they creeped worf out. The only episode I can think of is that one where Dax finds an old flame in DS9, but she is of the same gender. She seemed ready to try again, but the other girl didn't want to.

There are no overt gay relationships, there was the ep with Crusher and Odan, where Odan gets a female host at the end. Also the Outcast, and they were able to take more risks in DS9, but there are interviews where various backstage people said there was top level resistance to the idea of an overt relationship.
But I can't envision a society where everyone is equal that discriminates on sexuality.

None in TNG, but if you expand to include all the series', then you have to mention (if you believe some contributors to this website):Kirk and Spock!
Now, for the record, I do NOT believe the characters were gay. It was clear, especially with Kirk, that they loved the ladies. But the kids today have a saying-"Bromance". I think that's a good word to describe the relationship of KLirk and Spock, a bond stronger than frienship, even stronger than a bond between two brothers.

I saw an interview with whoopi goldberg (possibly on the dvd extras) where she was talking about the ep The Offspring, she wanted some same sex couples sitting in Ten Forward when she explains relationships to Lal but was told it was impossible. However the cast and some of the writers were very suppostive, it was the bosses who shot it down.
