Out of all of these toilet episodes (in my opinion) which episode stank up the show more than any other, and why?

I didn't think Turnabout Intruder was bad. And the Children Shall Lead is easily the worst Original Series episode imo.
Some of the TNG episodes in the first couple seasons were absolutely horrible imo. Like Shades of Grey. Of this list... I voted Threshold.

I thought Way to Eden was way worse than And the Children Shall Lead or Spocks Brain

I haven't seen many of the so called 'bad' TOS episodes yet...but I guess so far my least favourite has been The Alternative Factor.

Hasnt "Spock's Brain" been voted the worst episode of all of them, repeatedly?
I'll have to think about my personal worst. The two TOS on the list weren't really horrible, IMO. I'm usually too distracted by Kirk, anyway.

If we are talking TOS (I can't comment on the relative badnes of all other series) then 'The Alternative Factor' stand head and shoulders for me as the worst episode.
'Turnabout Intruder' and 'The Way to Edan' are both wonderful episodes that get bad wraps because folks didn't like them the first time and do not give them much of a chance; if viewed with a objective eye they are very tense and exciting episodes with great acting (and music in the case of TWTE).
'And the Children Shall Lead' suffered more from bad casting and directing than anything else...it could have been a very moving story, as it it is, it has really amazing script that was not realized as well as it could hav been.
'The Alternative Factor' is confusing, with a weak script and little attention to detail, even in the final wash up it has little to recommend it.

Thinking about it, Plato's Stepchildren is one of the worst for me. Although Kirk, of course, looks divine, I can't stomach him galloping about on all fours. It embaresses me. The story line is good, but the rest I can't handle. First inter-racial kiss is of course awesome, but still.

Yes, 'Platos Stepchildren' is a deeply disturbing and confronting episode, but I love it for these very reasons. It's not easy to watch, but it has so much beauty in it, especially Alexander's story and the incredible loyalty of Kirk, Spock and Bones to each other.

I've seen them all many, many times---and Alternative Factor is certainly the worst. Shades of Gray, yuck.

I think people disliked Shades of Gray only because Polaski was in it, and it seemed a bit premature to rehash season 1 during season 2.

These are the Final Voyages. Decanonize it. The final episode of Enterprise was more about Commander Riker's decision to tell Captain Picard about an illegal Federation cloaking device. That was done in TNG. Doing this in another series is a smack in the face of the fans of Enterprise. Yes, I am a fan of Enterprise. If B & B did that to TNG fans with some of the characters of TOS, TNG fans would protest BIG TIME. I'm not picking on TNG fans, if they did that to DS9 or Voyager - I expect the same reaction from fans of that series.
I liked Regeneration. That episode did not deserve to be on the list. I would have to look at these to refresh my memory:
Threshold (Voyager) Fury (Voyager) Babel (Deep Space Nine)

No Regeneration was kind of stupid, I mean once again there was no reason that Archer should have ever met The Borg. Yes they were careful not to mention what they were, yes they were also trying to tie in the movie, but I think those Borg and their nano probes would have been dead for many years. I just think that because the Borg were really played out in Voyager that BnB felt like they had no choice but to mention them in Enterprise.
and please just pick from the list, in my opinion those other episodes were not as bad.
