Amongst many prime candidates i will have to go with "Shades of Gray." Writers strike or no, it's a star trek CLIP show...i will take boring dialogue, hideous storytelling, or uninteresting plots any day over stock footage.
if i have to go with a real episode i will certainly go with TATV. it didn't suffer so much from simply the normal subpar script, or not the best plot idea, but seemingly a complete indifference to not only the cast and characters of Enterprise, but as well as to the fans that the episode was supposed to be a 'Valentine' to. we got a 'Dear John' letter instead....

"Spock's Brain" and "The Naked Now".
I really do not know what else to say about it. Seems pretty self-explanatory.

I never liked 'The enemy within'. I thought it was overacted and poorly thought up.
But that's just off the top of my head. Most of the episodes I don't like I end up just forgetting about.
"The bartender is an artificial lifeform." later... "Contact the operations officer to assist you."
"He's in Ten-Forward... waiting tables."

ENT- Unexpected
TOS- The way to Eden, Spock's Brain
TNG- Masks
VOY- Threshold
DS9- No true stand out episode that I can think of. There are a few epiodes in season 1 and 2 that I didn't care too much for.
I'd rather be put in the agony booth then have to re-watch these episodes.
Peace and long life

Maybe not "the worst' but definitely not good...
"Shades of Grey" (Man, did the dog eat the writer's homework that week?)
"Evolution" (Total Snooze-fest)

"Genesis". The concept was craptastical. I just thought it was silly beyond belief.... but then again, I have to admit, it was one of the funniest episodes ever for that very reason.
Admittedly, I am a barbarian. As such, I do not belong here. -- "It was far easier for you as civilized men to behave like barbarians than it was for them as barbarians to behave like civilized men." ~ Spock

I thought the DS9 ep If Wishes were Horses was much morse than Move Along Home. |
Ugh, I HATED Sub Rosa, I completely agree, it was a poo.

"Sub Rosa" is one of my favorites from TNG. Interesting that so many people dislike it.
Here are my candidates:
TOS - Elaan of Troyius (among the least self-aware scripts ever aired on TV)
TNG - The Outrageous Okona (there are a lot of first season contenders, though)
DS9 - Q-Less (Q and Vash took to this show like a Borg to a Mennonite community)
I remember some of my favorites on VOY and ENT, but it's been so long that I've blocked out my least favorites. I'm planning to purchase them both on DVD within the year, though, and rewatch them.

It bears repeating that The Game is the absolute worst episodein TNG history. Bad writing, bad acting, shitty, unbelievable premise, and the coup de grace, Wesley Crusher saved the day.
Just a tour def force in awfulness.
Whoever said Best of Both Worlds should be shot. That was, and remains, one of the best finales in television history, and the best Trek finale by far.

Agreed! Also, "The Loss" ate a big-ol' dookie cake. Come to think of it... I don't like any of Troi's episodes. Too bad her Betazoid senses couldn't let her "feel" me puking while I watched those episodes.
