The numbers are equal, both sides have enough supplies to fight till one side is destroyed. Who wins? Remember no starship support.

Need more details. How is each side armed?

if klingons have disruptors then they own the germans. If it's hand to hand, klingons still own the germans. If it's with all sorts of artillery fire/tanks stuff in that nature germans own the klingons badly.

A proper Wehrmacht battalion or regiment will have all sorts of nasty things to bring to the table, including if the year is right, assault rifles, heavy machineguns, artillery, CAS, tanks, and other such support. ¿

Meanwhile, the Klingon seem to think that swords are better than guns and that combined arms means knives and disruptor pistols. ¿

Victory goes to the men with the swasitikas on their armbands.

Germans.
The Klingon disruptors may be more powerful than a gun but there rate of fire is so slow and klingons are more likely to use melee weapons anyway.  Also since all star trek ground operations seem to be light infantry backed up by air support the fact that the Germans had tanks, jeep equivalents, artillery (both vehicle and personal). Given no of the startrek infantry weapons have been seen to do any damage to any sort of armor plating they Klingons will have nothing to defeat the armored vehicles of the Germans. The Germans just have to large of a tactical advantage over the Klingons

I would have to favor the Klingons, they have redundant organs to take over if criticaly injured and chemicals that the body produces to minimalise pain, their skin is leathery compared to human skin serving as almost like a light body armor.
They also have a brutal fightingstyle and mentality - when in the heat of battle they stop thinking and just kill the enemy.
It would be like a pit bull fighting Cujo : the odds would be on the Rabid Saint Bernard.

The Klingons might in the worse case scenario all die but i respectfully doubt the Nazis would be able to claim victory.

Again it goes to the diffrence between a Soldier (a Nazi) who fights because he is ordered to - doing what he is commanded to and a Warrior (a Klingon) who is fighting because his heart and spirit demands he/she do so.
Warriors fight far more fiercely than soldiers, they have NO hessitation, they do not take orders, Nazi soldiers would be fighting a foe that had one objective : to kill them and are not at all afraid of dying themselves.

If they start out a distance from each other, the Nazis will own the Klingons, simply because they'll have armoured vehicles, and machine guns. The only way the Klingons could win would be in hand to hand combat, assuming they live long enough to get within hand-to-hand range.

not if the Nazis have vehicles which will just run over the Klingons

For all the claims of Klingon physical superiority, it is important to remember Way of the Warrior: in which we see Klingon shock troops beaten to hell and back by ordinary humans and a one hundred and twenty pound when wet bajoran female armed only with her fists.  They do not demonstrate so much physical superiority that a near peak condition Human being (as most soldiers will be) will not be a challenge, especially if they have knives, bayonets, and anything resembling a trench-gun.

They've already done that scenario on a Voyager episode, the Germans got slaughtered.

And I doubt they did anything like the real life Wehrmacht would do when rushed by morons with knives. Trek has a long history of military incompetence, and I doubt that history would be spared.

Klingons, who knows what kind of heavy weapons Klingons have, you don't get to see them truly fight wars much. A disrupter can probably be put on wide beam. And once the Klingons get close it's all over even quicker. A disrupter on a high setting would probably literally blast platoons if not squads. Klingons probably have pulse cannons, grenades of some sort. We don't know. But I would think they do. It's just common sense for military heavy combat on the ground.

and yet we never see any heavy ground weaponry ever.  AND THEY STILL  USED SWORDS as a main form of attack.

I always disliked the progression of the klingons. In the TOS movies they were depicted as far more intelligent (not abundant with intelligence) and ruthless warriors.

By the time of DS9 they're mostly all idiots who run into battle with a piece of slightly sharp metal (as per AR-558).

Klingons own a large area of space. They couldn't have achieved that without military prowess. And they make pretty good ships. I like to ignore the stupid klingons and assume not many are like this. So klingons for the win.
