Well thank you all so much for this surprise party. I knew I was approaching, but my dear friends have kept me so entertained and busy posting that I did not notice the moment had arrived.

I want everyone to realize that this proves a number of points.

1. I am some sort of posting machine
2. I have a love of Star Trek and Star Trek fans that know little or no limit
3. That I have no other life to speak of
4. That I am amongst friends, who challenge and stimulate me every day of my life

And in no way wishing to be a party pooper, I did promise that this was going to be my last post party. I held my 1000 post party back in January (I think because I had taken about 9 months to reach that milestone and I felt it was time to really introduce the excitable side of my personality on these boards and get to know folks on a more personal level. But I also realize that in a very real sense, it's not just the number of posts one makes, but also the quality and I try my best to make most of my posts count, a large number of them are just silliness or a series of emoticons (and a very high percentage of pictures of one Captain, we all know and love).

So from now on, I don't plan on having another party until I have reached the 20,000 post mark.

I could not have done it without all my wonderful friends her on the TOS boards (and to a lesser extent, all the passionate and crazy contributors to the Movies forum).

I would like to thank the Academy for this award and say I really deserve it (oops wrong get-together)

*Someone put some music on will you? My Internet is so clunky tonight that I can't get Youtube to load. I'd like some really rokcin' Beatles,and Stones music please*
