Indeed. Ironically the only reason I had that pic was because at one point I was wanting to remember what the painting looked like. But absolutely it does have some very fine moments.

I mean though, honestly. He had never been to earth and probably never seen a friggin dog before and he can mimic it instantly yet after YEARS of practice the humanoid face is too tough for him?!

You do not know that for sure. (1) Starfleet's database is huge and Odo could have seen it there. (2) K-9 patrols for a top secret government are likely. As far as creating a humanoid face, blame the writers.
