Okay, so McCoy is dying, and he goes off and gets married...

Does that give him the right to run out on his wife just when he gets better? Â¿

Kirk got married, and his wife dies, but do you think he would have stayed with her if she didn't?

What does this say about Starfleet honor?

It kind of annoyed me at first, but I find it funny now how whenever there is a new female crewmember introduced, one of the regular guys will be attracted to her,

McCoy and Yeoman Barrows
Scotty and Lt Palamas
Chekov and Yeoman Landon
Kirk and...several women...lol

...but then by the next episode they've dissapeared, never to be heard of again!

Hi Ladies. You know that if the women aren't part of the bridge crew, you are not going to see them. They could be on temporary assignment or transferred off the ship.

I just never understood why McCoy did absolutely NOTHING to save Miramanee. And don't quote me the Prime Directive, that went out the window when they started on this particular mission in the first place.

Not really, we do have a few that repeat - Angela Martine and Lt. Palmer are kind of like Riley and Kyle... around for a few episodes... and plenty of male crew are only seen once (Garrovick should have become a regular... sigh... ).

Read "Ex Machina" if you want to see McCoy make up for his boorish behavior with Natira... it's worthwhile.
