Specifically, I'm trying to find the name of the actor who spoke the line "Strength is irrelevant. Resistance is futile. We wish to improve ourselves. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service ours." in the episode "The Best of Both Worlds, Part I".
