Dr. Pulaski- why do you dislike or like her?
Personally, I never liked her too much because I found her prejudice towards Data and a bit too rude.

I liked her...she was tough, yet fair. Old school.

I enjoyed her character, it had a bit more fire to it, and she was a better actress than Dr. Crusher, IMO.

I liked her much more than Crusher. Firstly, she was forceful and opinionated and still posessed the empathy for her patients; reminded me of McCoy. Secondly, Muldaur is a more talented actress than McFadden. Ultimately, better characterisation and better acting leads to the undisputable truth that Pulaski owned Crusher.

I hated the way she acted toward Data, but other than that I thought she was cool. Tough as nails and focused on her patients.

I liked Pulaski. She was the one of only two people who had enough sense to be afraid of the transporter! (The other one being Reg Barclay). She had common sense. And she wasn't always so PC-a refreshing change. It seemed like all the human characters on TNG were always so balanced and well adjusted-you had to be of an alien race to be allowed to be un PC. (Worf, Ro Laren, etc). Pulaski was a refreshing exception.

Pulaski wasn't that bad. But, I'm glad Crusher was brought back, since the Wes/Bev combo seemed kinda cool, and Piccard/Crusher, as well. They also needed someone younger than her. The classic 'brain vs. doctor' like on TOS seemed sorta nice for awhile. What I find funny, the actor was on a few episodes of TOS. I liked her reasoning in 'Elementary, Dear Data' about how Data is pretty much a computer. THe thing between her and Riker's dad was weird, though.

I think she was better than Crusher. She was more believable, and more human. Crusher was like an ABC Afterschool Special Mom.

If I had the choice of being treated by Crusher or Pulaski, I would choose Pulaski any day of the week. She had this no nonsense way of dealing with her patients and knew even archaic ways of practicing medicine. It's that understanding of fundamentals that allows a physician to truly practice medicine in all its glory.

I liked her a lot. The only thing I didn't like about her was that she appeared on the show at the expense of Dr. Crusher, whom I prefer.

I didn't like her all that much, not Muldaur's fault, the writer's tried to turn her into Lady McCoy! Doesn't trust the transporter, picks on Data for trying to be human or not being human enough, and being older like Bones...It might have been interesting if they had tried her on another show..
