Best season of VOY?

In many ways, TNG and DS9 can't compare with the mighty Voyager.

Agreed also !!! IMO Babylon 5 is the series DS9 SHOULD have been, far more interesting storylines and better characters.

For Voyager, though, obviously start at season 1 and you'll understand more in later seasons. Best imo was season 4, as it brought Seven into the fold and we lost Kes (sob).   :cry:

that's true, season 4 brought some much needed changes to the show and as a result the show was much better

True, but I thought losing Kes was wrong.They could have explored her new found telepathic abilities a lot more. For example, she would have made a hell of a weapon against any enemy.

well Jennifer Lien didn't think loosing Kes was wrong  ;)

they could have explored her powers more, IMO when she was  using her powers that was the ONLY time she was remotely interesting

Have to admit she did tend to fade into the background most of the time, shame really I thought they could have done more with her.

as I said before, I think they gave her every chance they could to shine, but she fell short.

And having met Jennifer Lien in person, it seems to be her personality to fade into a background, I wonder why she got into acting at all

No, I would, and am.

Ok, so maybe she doesn't set the place alight like others do, that's not the point. So maybe she's not as young or as slender as she once was, that's not the point. The point is, I think she's gorgeous and I'd love the chance to meet her, even for a few minutes.

she's not a very good convention guest

She answers very little when people ask questions, and has often had her on stage time cut sometime by half because there have been so few questions for her because she only answers with a yes or a no. One of the biggest convention companies before it closed actualy went on record as saying she was the worst convntion guest and banned her from their cons.  Both times I saw her, and I'v heard this from other people who've seen her too, she acted very "out of it" like she was drunk or stoned.

Well, that's surprising. I'd have thought she'd like conventions, give her a chance to enjoy the glory from her fans. I know so little about her, mostly what I read on the boards, and that's usually so biased and argumentative I tend to stick up for her anyway. Doesn't make me love her any the less, though, just feel sorry for her is all.
