You REALLY need to add to this list, amigo.

My vote goes to Deep Space Nine: The Fallen ... closely followed by Starfleet Command II: Empires at War.

SFC II, which, oddly enough, was omitted. Bridge Commander was fun in multiplayer and Klingon Acadamy, especially consiering what other games were out at the time, was awesome.

KA

There are a few things missing from the listworthy of more than an "other" (but probably wouldn't change my answer).

My favorites, in order would be, Elite Force, A Final Unity, Borg, Starfleet Command 2, Starfleet Academy, and 25th anniversary (NES version).

Elite Force and Elite Force 2 where excellent.  Bridge Commander was my favourite.

Bridge Commander and Elite Force II. :)

My only gripe with BC was too few ship types....an issue that was resolved with Bethesda's Star Trek Legacy....but as far as responsiveness and sophistication, Bridge Commander wins hands down.

Elite Force I and BC hands down. not playe dlegacy, but the PC ver. is aparently notorious for terrible controls... I mean 2 months after release, it was in the ¿4.99 section of PC WORLD. Which still sells many far-older games at FULL RRP Prices - ¿29.99 and ¿34.99 mostly.
