It is odd that this seems to be the only Kirk/Shatner appreciation thread. His 'awesomeness' is no where near the 'awesomeness' of the great Captain Sisko. Kirk is not my favourite character or captain. Hes good... not great.
My opinion, of course. I am aware that many love the great capppin... so don't hate on me 'coz I think he's okish.

I don't dislike TOS =), I LOOOOOVE IT! But I like DS9 more... Spock nearly powns Sisko, for the record.
But Kirk isn't close, lol.
