The Trek Expo will be held in Tulsa on June 26-28. I've been to his con for the last two years, and it is an excellent con.

Last year they had Kate Mulgrew, LeVar Burton, Bob Picardo, Ethan Phillips, Suzi Plakson, Sean Kenny, plus some non Trek sci-fi people like Ron Glass (Firefly), Richard Anderson (Six Million Dollar Man), Bonnie Piesse (Star Wars Ep. II & III) and Andee Frizzell (Stargate Atlantis).

This year, they had Nichelle Nichols, Walter Keonig, Linda Park, Vaughn Armstrong, Casey Biggs, Barbara March & Gwynyth Walsh (the Duras Sisters), Richard Herd (Admiral Paris from VOY), Ron B. Moore (special effect coordinator), and Steve Rankin (did several guest appearences on DS9, VOY, and ENT), plus Amy Allen (Star Wars Ep. III), Adam Baldwin (Firefly/Chuck), and Helen Slater (Supergirl/Smallville).

I highly recommend this con. It is very well organized and has been around for quite while. In fact, this coming up year (2009) is there 20th anniversary con. They don't have anything scheduled yet, but they say it they are going to make it a big celebration. I do agree that the Vegas con is bigger, but the Expo is bigger than the New Jersey show (yes, I have been to both).

One thing though, if they have it at the UMAC again this year, bring a jacket.
