The center is not related to the hilton in any way. It is owned and operated by the LV Tourism Agency (or whatever it is called).
You raise a great idea in the Riviera. Very nice place, and conveniently located.

I was just at the Vegas con...it's held inside the Hilton hotel, you have to go through the casino to get to it, but it is inside the Hilton itself. And I was talking to Gary, it will be held there next year as well

The convention is inside the Hilton, not next door.

If this does not work, just type in "Star Trek the Experience closing" and you will see the project at hand.

The convention is held, and has been since 2002, in the Hilton Center which consists of the Conrad (dealers) room and the Barron (main stage) room. The Hilton Ballroom is where the stage was for the first few years and now they have the Desert party there and the Hilton Pavilion is where the second track and now photo ops are held. Make no mistake if you go to the Creation Las Vegas convention your money is indeed going to the Hilton. ?The Hilton itself has, according to their website, nearly 200,000 sq Feet of convention space.

You seemed to have the Hilton convention center confused with the Las Vegas Convention center which is right next door to the Hilton. The Las Vegas Convention Center is a 3.2 million sq ft facility which is run by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
