"city" may have been the best episode of the TOS but in terms of more remastered shots and cgi, there are better episodes.. and city would not been in that top five..

As I read it this is not about favorite/best TOS eps, but rather best REMASTERED eps as in the effect of the remasteing process on the episode as such not the quality of the original ep. as it stands--a totally subjective excercise but just as valid as "What is your favorite ep."So--
"Balance of terror"
"The Tholian web."
"The trouble with Tribbles."
"Journey to Babel."
"The Menagerie (both my cheat)"
& check out "Spock's Brain" just for fun!

Why doesn`t CBS.com have Assignment Earth in its Star Trek tos lineup and given Spocks Last line in this episode wasn`t it suppose to be a pilot for a spin off series? :question:

the doomsday machine , wow they made the USS CONSTELLATION and the doomsday machine look cool . if ill say which to buy would be the second seasons . Gene Coon 's help made STAR TREK , the show .with the 2 GENES in charge put STAR TREK on the map also AMOK TIME , when you see the mountain top where the marrage is taken place , make Vulcan look hot .
