Tos
Enterprise
Voyager
TNG
DS9

I was thinking of pursueing a "Voyager" book.  Perhaps Homecoming.

Thanks in advance

TOS book, 1 month after the events of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.  The novel entitled "In The Name of Honor" by Dayton Ward is a good read.

if TOS is your favorite, give the Crucible trilogy a try...
David R. George III is one hell of an author!!!

For TOS, I second the recommendation of the Crucible trilogy by David R. George III. They include:

McCoy: Provenance of Shadows
Spock: The Fire and the Rose
Kirk: The Star to Every Wandering

I also recommend the Constellations anthology.

For ENT, I recommend the recent release The Good that Men Do by Andy Mangels & Michael A. Martin, which tells another side of the story told in "These are the Voyages..."

For VOY, I think reading Homecoming is a good idea, as it picks up where "Endgame" left off, as well as its followups. There are four post-finale novels so far, all by Christie Golden:

Homecoming
The Farhter Shore
Spirit Walk
Book 1: Old Wounds
Spirit Walk
Book 2: Enemy of My Enemy

I also recommend the Distant Shores anthology and the String Theory trilogy, both of which take place during the show's run. Here are the three ST books:

Cohesion by Jeffrey Lang
Fusion by Kirsten Beyer
Evolution by Heather Jarman

For TNG, you've got your pre-Nemesis and post-Nemesis books. The former includes the A Time to... miniseries, which chronicles the year leading up to that movie:

A Time to be Born by John Vornholt
A Time to Die by John Vornholt
A Time to Sow by Dayton Ward & Kevin Dilmore
A Time to Harvest by Dayton Ward & Kevin Dilmore
A Time to Love by Robert Greenberger
A Time to Hate by Robert Greenberger
A Time to Kill by David Mack
A Time to Heal by David Mack
A Time for War, a Time for Peace by Keith R.A. DeCan####

And then there's the following that pick up where the movie left off:

Death in Winter by Michael Jan Friedman
Resistance by J.M. Dillard
Q & A by Keith R.A. DeCan####
Before Dishonor by Peter David

There's also the anthology The Sky's the Limit.

For DS9, there's several post-finale stories, the first several of which can be found in two trade paperbacks, one that's been out for a year, one being released any minute now:

Twist of Faith by S.D. Perry, David Weddle & Jeffrey Lang, and Keith R.A. DeCan####
These Haunted Seas by David R. George III and Heather Jarman

Plus DS9 has an anthology, too: Prophecy and Change.

That should get you started. :)

For TOS, I really liked the Worlds in Collision books (Memory Prime and Prime Directive) by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens.

I also enjoyed Mind Meld by John Vornholt immensely.

These are just my opinion, of course; but you may like them as well.

The best thing about the books is that they don't have to stick with just the TV series. Look for the New Frontier series by Peter David, the greatest Trek author of them all. (Krad, your'e a close second!;).

One book I can recommend, and for the life of me I cannot remember the smeging title, but it was William Shatners first star trek novel. It looks at the events between Star Trek Generations and First Contact, and stars DS9 personel, the TNG crew, a few members of the TOS crew, the Romulans and the Borg. I know it sounds mesy, but it is a fantastic read, and answers a few questions from other Star Trek films. Sorry that I cannot remember the title.

If you liked The Return, you should read Avenger, as well as the other Shatner-verse titles.

Does this one happen AFTER the Eugenics Wars books?

Yes. The Eugenics Wars duology chronicles the events leading up to "Space Seed." To Reign in Hell details what happened between "Space Seed" and The Wrath of Khan.
