I keep hearing praises about A Burning House, I really want to pick it up. But I still need to finish the TNG Genesis Wave Trilogy, I've been stalling cause I've been pretty busy lately.

I just read Friedman's Kahless novel, another Klingon novel that I liked a lot! That one had a lot to do with the histoy and legends of the Klingons, specifically Kahless, and why they value honor and victory above all else. So because of that book I've been on a sort of Klingon kick. I just rewatched Star Trek III & VI and several DS9 Klingon episodes.

I hope A Burning House will live up to the hype when I get to it.

"The Trellisane Confrontation" was a great read, finished the book in two days!  I ordered the Rihansu series and cannot wait to attack that - meanwhile, I am reading "In The Name of Honor" by Dayton Ward.  Takes place in the year 2287, one month after the Star Trek V film... so far so good.

The best Star trek book I've read was the Star Trek Voyager book "The Black Shore" by Greg Cox.

It was so incredible exciting that I couldn't put the book down when I'd started to read it.
