So is this a completely new series?

What's the history for this book? Do you need to have read any previous books?

The winter sort of backs me up on reading... so I might have to wait until the summer before I jump into this one if there's previous books.

The book picks up on several themes from previous Klingon books (particularly the three I.K.S. Gorkon books) and previous Klingon episodes of both TNG and DS9, but all the details you need are filled in. It's designed to be easily readable on its own without reading previous books. :)

A burning House is awsome, I dont have a huge attention span, so i usally read multiple books at once. But this one grabs you and doesnt let go. I read it in under 2 days.
