I love the atmosphere of A Final Unity, a really challenging game and expansive in its scope.  

I've just finished the Sisko thread of The Fallen (having just found out about it years later! another amazing game that's lacking only in the non-participation of Colm Meaney and Avery Brooks. The locations are all very good and you even get to explore a TNG-era Miranda-class ship that has crash landed! The inclusion of a tricorder is absolute genius!

I've played the demo of Elite Force (1) and found it similar in feel to The Fallen.  I'll be checking that out soon.
