**SPOILERS for The Good That Men Do!!!**

Does anyone know if there are any planned sequels to The Good That Men Do?  The ending was certainly left open for some more Trip adventures.  Also, Trip's fate was never actually revealed.  Obviously he never returned to Starfleet, which is why they were able to get away with falsifying history via holoprogram.

Anyone know?

The next Enterprise novels is Kobayashi Maru which will set the scene for a trilogy of novels which will focus on *SPOILERS*

The Romulan War. Maybe Trip will keep his Romulan appearance.

Awesome, thanks for the info bensisko47!

And I totally agree with you NuclearWessels.  TGTMD did a great job with damage control.

There's gonna be a 'reference' book called Captain Kirks' Guide to Women in 08, but they can't do a addition to the chronology, new VOY or ENT tech manual or encyclopedia. WTH?!

Any word on how many pages or cost on this 'can't miss' reference?:eyesroll:

you forgot to declare "This is a Post Hijacking".

To get back on track... hopefully in Kobayashi Maru, T'Pol gets back into her Vulcan uniform, the Starfleet one doesn't suit her.  No pun intended.

Like its never been done, and I'm the only one to have ever done it in the history of this thread.:eyesroll:

back to the topic...TGTMD was an excellent book, and after reading it I watched TATV again, and could see everything in the book happening 'behind the scenes'. I hope the new ENT novels will continue this attention to detail that the authors worked into the book.

You are the only one, good on you to admit it.

Only "problem" is, Andy Mangels and Michael A. Martin seem to have cornered the market on all post-TATV fiction...
why not spread it around?
IMO, that's one major reason behind why the DS9 "Relaunch" has been so popular.

....let it drop already.

If Mangels and Martin write decent novels and get them out in a reasonable amount of time, why not let them 'corner the market' on the post finale ENT novels?

Christie Golden (sp?) for the most part did that with post finale VOY, the quality did suffer IMO, and we're still waiting on another novel....

"decent"...
"reasonable amount of time"...

this is the best an author(s) can do and the best we should expect from the continuing saga of Star Trek: Enterprise?
I for one, would prefer an expertly-written, enthralling, INCREDIBLE story... and who cares if they're released frequently... the DS9 Relaunch hasn't seen a new title since April of 2006, and it's one of the best lines out there.  Also, until this month, Titan hadn't seen a new title since January 2006.  On that note, of the 3 that were released, Orion's Hounds is my favorite.

IMO, Andy Mangels and Michael A. Martin are, well, "decent"; but only decent.  While The Good That Men Do is a good book and a great attempt at correcting the ludicrousness of  TATV... I felt it could've been more than it was.  It had shades of lackluster seen in some of their earlier books like Last Full Measure and The Sundered.  And don't get me started on Improvisations on the Opal Sea: A Tale of Dubious Credibility...
