The only problem with not having a military defence is simple, once your occupied it becomes slightly impossible fight back. I actually agree - saddly, that military defensive capacity is best off in vs. with trying to fight back after you've already lost.
Then again didn'y we already lose once to the aliens that built the pyramids.

The aliens who built the pyramids? It's not like pyramids are everywhere. They build pyramids. They can't build anything else. Who cares? Not everybody builds pyramids. Where did they go? They're not there anymore. All the ancient civilizations are just that-ancient civilizations that fell and are completely gone. Nobody's building pyramids these days.

I theoreticist, I work with models that are all bullet point. So almost all of the lines I write consist of one to three or four words. So I have a horrible habit, I forget how to write english. I mean I am bad - I sometimes write things that are so hard to decifer you would have to recomplie them with word by word translation just to figure it out.
I am trying harder and have been getting better with my english, after all I did use it up until about four years ago. I was so bad at communicating when I first came to this site on the voyager board that I was sure someone was going to freak, tell me I was nuts, and confirm that I really didn't say anything inteligable. To the point of actually posting the question "Am I crazy, or does anyone understand"

The sky is falling the sky is falling.
I think that Bush has done a great job. I mean how many people have considered that his opinion on military issues has been augmented by the entire staff of the pentagon. Just managing to deal with the compund issue they served up, more or less attaining a political capsulization of it. Give the guy a break already.
No weapons of mass distruction found in Iraq. Try the entire military staff of the united states of america saying there was a serious possible risk of them potentialy existing. I agree with his opinion that the issue needs to be addressed. And don't tell me Bush had sole opinion on anything more than that issue type.
So if in his position the theory of exterterestrial conflict needs to be addressed due to our current evolutionary advancement into the universe - so be it. Just be damn sure it is the military and not some quack on the internet like me driving the american military around.

Yes, it's all true. And guess what, we've also already built our first line of defence. ENT used real IMAX footage for the ship exterior scenes, except instead of shuttlepods it carries Vipers from BSG.
And if you buy all that...I'll throw in some Ocean Front property on Venus for free...;)

doesn't matter, there is no defense we possible can inact at this time that would even slow down an invasion of creature capable of star travel.. Basically they could drop rocks from hi obrit and bombs us back into the stone age... But then again it may be a little late to even think about it. Alright, the next shuttle to Alpha Centauri will be departing December 24, 2012 at 2:00 pm EST. ¿1st Class Ticket cost 2,000 quatloos, Coach cost 1,200 quatloos. ¿Please be at the spaceport at least 2 years in advance due to security screening delays and have ready a complete list of all items you wish to declare through customs. |
