Do MAJOR stars ever attend the parties and food functions (for the vegas con).

Yes, major stars almost always attend the food functions and/or parties.

For example, on Saturday's breakfast, Cirroc Lofton will be there. Saturday's lunch has Nana Visitor and Rene Auberjonois. Sunday's breakfast has Armin Shimmerman and Anthony Montgomery. These all have other stars too, but those are the major ones.
