Glad Tim Russ will be at welcoming party. I have been going crazy purchasing Photo-Op tix. Glad i'm not gambling this time..lol

I broke down yesterday and I bought photo op tickets for Andrew Robinson (of course), Jeffery Combs, and Shatner/Nimoy combo!  Can you believe that Creation charges a $7.00 fee for each ticket?  I hope I don't blink or open my eyes too wide or have a bad hair day!

I know..$7.00 is a bit much. They must have gotten the idea from the Broadway shows, when you purchase online they charge a service/handlng charge, even when I pick up the tickets at the box office!!! Anyway, I went to hell with myself and purchased, Burton, Frakes, Spiner...so far...lol

Star54,

It looks like you are a TNG fan and I am obviously a DS9 fan (TNG is my second favorite though)!  Did you see the group pictures that they have available?  Looks good...I might break down and get some more...but right now my bank account is broken so I will have to see!     :eyesroll:

I am torn on if we're going to this or not.  We'll fly in that afternoon so we could make it or we could just blow it off and hit the slots.  Probably cheaper and more fun to go to the party though.  My wife would prefer gambling though

The party will be cheaper than the slots....and more fun too!! Anyway at least you get something for your money. I make a donation to the slots twice a year,at least this time I'll come back with a chocolate bar..lol

Well I was disappointed last year at this party.  Most if not all of the desserts were GONE and it looked like it was put together in a rush.

Juise, I have heard the party is some what a dud.  Which is worse, having my wife spend $$$ on slots or be at a dud party? :p

Our flight doesn't arrive in Vegas until after 9:00, or we are going to pass, after all. But, I did hear Tim Russ perform in Jackson, MS a couple of weeks ago at a con, and I really enjoyed it. The special feature on the VOY DVDs about his music career does not do him justice.

Sounds like "a Rock and a Hard place" I don't envy your choice (I'd go for the slots! )

The Thurs. night Bingo party isn't bad if you're thinking of that one.
