Hello Everyone,
I am Fleet Admiral Sean Golly. I am the Fleet Director for Triumph Fleet. We are a fleet based 40 after Nemesis. In that time we are allies with the Klingon Empire and the Romulans and Cardassians are allies. We currently have the Following Open Positions:

Not entirely true.

The position of the Romulans and Klingons was never specified. Your statement would be true if you considered the Romulans to below the Klingons, but they would be virtually bordering if you consider the Romulans above the Klingons.

Does it matter? You don't need to be contiguous to be allies.
