for ti to work it would need reservoirs of pure elements stored for use. it would also need a very powerful power source to produce the needed reactions. it also needs a high powered computer with peta bytes worth of storage to store the information on how to make anything more than simple molecules. if you wanted to make something with moving parts you are out of luck.
