Since the episode review for that was deleted, I'll give my view again. I thought it was a very good episode. A parallel to the real life experiments done on Jews during World War 2. Should we use that knowledge from the experiments even if it was gained by barbaric means? I only wonder though, if it was Crell Moset's likeness that offended B'elanna, would it have made a difference if The Doc simply used another template, like McCoy or Bashir. Maybe B'elanna would have been more willing. It's an 8 to me. |

I didnt realize it was a 2 year old post.Maybe I should have looked at the year. And that member, or someone with the same name, is still around. I had a debate with him last month about wether or not it was possible for the Excelsior to still be in service around the time the Enterprise D was commissioned. |

Since the original polls were deleted by the big old thread killing wave this doesn't work anymore. I don't know how everyone else feels about this. But I've abandoned this project and since the polls got deleted there's no reason this thread needs to be sticky anymore. I (as the original author) wouldn't mind if an admin unstick this thread. IN THE VOY EPISODE DEATH WISH. I WOULD HAVE HAD JANEWAY MAKE 1 REQUEST OF Q "JOHN DE LANCIE'S",
TO ALLOW RIKER TO KEEP SOME MEMORY OF VOYAGER BEING STRANDED IN THE DELTA QUADRANT.

It's been A few years now since Star Trek Enterprise seen it's final episode and although it wasnt for everybody and for others it may have been the best star trek series yet! or for many like me who loved it for what it was, we have to face it.. It wont be coming back.
So what now?... I think its a mutual feeling with pretty much all Star Trek fans, weather you consider yourself a Trekkie, Trekker, fan or just a general fan of good films that we'll all be looking forward to STAR TREK 2 (2012) but as great as it may (hopefully) be, it's only roughly 2hrs! then that's it.. For maybe another 3, 4 years? Who know's.
Personally I think it's time we had a new adventure! I dont think i'm the only one either.. A new adventure for us all to be captivated in! To feel A part of!.... To fall in love with once again.
Not only will this be great for the fan's but imagine A new generation of kids, adults, general people to keep Gene Roddenberry's dream of a better future ALIVE!...
Chances are there may not be another Star Trek series to be written for a long time.. Maybe till im an old man and star trek has been forgotten about almost altogether... But what if we make sure that doesnt happen? What if we MAKE SURE!.. This doesnt happen?..

I think there will be a ST series sooner than you think. Once sci-fi becomes popular again ST will be an easy sell since it already has a vast fan base. So we just have to hold on until the specialized crime drama and vampire phase is over.
