I believe it's a strong possibility. If we are made from Stardust, then perhaps we are just a form of bacteria ? if the Remnants of a Star created conscience beings, then who's to say a Star is not ?

hmmm, interesting point. is stellar fire alive? Could even regular fire be a living creature? It does breathe, needing air to sustain itself, it consumes matter and leaves carbon waste, evidence of a metabolism as it generates heat in the consumption of "food", also moves, reproduces itself. Everytime you stamp out a fire you might be killing a lifefom!! MURDERERS!!!

Very logical. I guess we can break it down to a single molecule. Maybe a particle of hydrogen oxygen each have it's own realm of existence. Is an Atom conscious?

Well a star is just a huge collection of atomic reactions. But wait... on the same note we humans are just a big collection of chemical reactions... hmmm...

well if humans have a soul or are conscious, where exactly does that conscious go when we are broken down to the subatomic level? The essence of the spirit or consciousness must be retained within each of the atoms that make us up.

I understand, good thinking. I guess I would have to say that the atoms never cease to break their code. Natural legions of atoms that follow eachother and stick together, learning from eachother, evolving an infinite sense of teamwork that continues to recycle lives.

This is an intersting topic. Do stars have a conscieous?
Maybe not a conscieosu like humanity does, but I would have to say that they have their own form of being alive.
If we look at how mother nature works, from a third person view, I would have to think that all the factors that make up for the life of a planet are governed by thought, harmony of the soul and balance. If we were to as humans continue to use our thought to make new forms of fuels that would pollute the air we breathe, this would keep the thought and soul going as we would look to ourselves as being great and awesome, but it would upset the harmony and balance of the planet as it would allow for the ozone to continue to deterioate and lead to our demise. But if we were to develop a fuel that would help keep the ozone in tact it would keep the balance of the four Thought,harmony, soul and balance in one with itself due to the fact that we would be progressing through new forms of fuel that would charge the thought process which would allow for the ozone to stay in harmony which would allow for the soul to stay balanced.
That sounds kinda odd doesn't it?

I think it could be more of a case of;
Human consciousness being set on a much lower level than the consciousness of stars. We most likely couldnt comprehend their level of consciousness.
Lets face it stars "live" for on average between 5 and 10 billion years whereas we live for a maximum of 110 years or so.
They are on a totally different level and have a totally different perspective.

That is true about celestial bodies being older then we are, but do they actually have a conscieousness like we do, I guess it would be hard say that we could assume what their level is based on our level of being. Although we can build things out of rock, wood and the like, if a celestial body had the ability to do so would it? Or our we once again imposing our being into another realm that is outside of our knowing?

A lot of ancient mythology such as Hinduism, and some South American cultures hold the view that the sun and moon are actually gods. So gods of course are conscious. We may be having a celestial temple in our midst.
