Skeeter, the Narcoleptic Dog

Skeeter, an 11 pound toy poodle, is not your typical dog. He suffers from narcolepsy -- an uncontrollable urge to sleep. INSIDE EDITION went to visit Skeeter and his family in Ohio to find out how Skeeter handles this unfortunate affliction, and what his family is doing to help him.
