The Mission: To Explore the mounting Romulan Threat to Starfleet and the Federation and to explore the paranoia of no longer being enemies with the Klingons. A newly comissioned, Excelsior Refit Class Vessel, she is the Flagship for the A.I.D. Division of Starfleet, which stands for Active Intelligence Division, which is the codename for the Seventh Fleet.
