Communism is dead, anyone else who says different is a liar and a hypocrit. Since true communism and socialism never really existed.

That aside, it's been known for years that China was going to persue a space program. It was known/hypothesised as far back as 2000.

I suppose I would be lieing when I bring up that the most populated country on Earth is Communist?

Would I be lieing when I mention that Communist countries exist in 3 continents on Earth?

Would I be lieing to bring up that Socialist countries exist in Europe such as Norway, one of the most successful economies in Europe?

How could someone be a hypocrtie for saying Communism still exists? Do you even know what a hypocrite is?

Communism may not be dead, but it is dying. China has begun privatising state owned businesses, so isn't truely Communist anymore. And that process away from Communism is speeding up.

The only truely Communist countries left, are poor countries run by old men. Communism won't live to see the 22nd century.

Socialism is dying too. Every day Tony Blair tries to convince Europe to modernise, to move away from Socialism. Socialism is what's killing the European economies and only moving torward capitalism will enable them to compete with the tiger economies of China & India.

Only one country in the EU has a strong economy - the UK. The only capitalist country in the EU.

You've just buried yourself.

Germany, a Socialist country, has the fifth-largest economy of the World.

The question is can the waste from Nuke plants be conditioned somehow with what is left over to provide a viable form of fuel?

Most nuclear waste can be reprocess to provide fuel, but there is still tons of leftover radioactive materials left over.

You could use some of it to power radioactive batteries ( such as used on Satellites that need more power than solar panel can provide) and have even been used as power source for pacemakers. Problem is do you want tons of potential radioactive material floating around in the public where anyone can get their hand on it.

My company once had a contract to clean up a mesh created by a 13 year boy who got his hands on thousand of smoke detector and removed the radioactive material to build a Betatron. In the process he released enought radiactive material to create a major health hazard for his entire town.

Terrorist could do also use it to make a dirty bomb..

very much so .The combination of nuclear energy and small amounts of antimatter might in fact become reality. Soon, when the technology is achieved to create a craft capable of withstanding the heat caused by a propulsion system of this magnitude. Titanium would definatly melt around this engine.
