I definitely think that a Ferengi fan collective may be in order, there were plenty of Ferengi episodes made throughout the Trek franchise.

thier is a new one based on captain;s table with thwe fav;s one each ship/series of the 4 capt;s and three from each series from the fan;s choice.

I completely agree. The Ferengi have some amazing episodes. There episodes have a lot more personality than the Romulan ones, so they should definitely come before a Romulan edition... or any other race for that matter!

I would love to see a ferengi collection too, but that could just be because I love Quark. Such a collection would have to be:
Aquisition-ENT
False Profits-VOY
and then a load of ds9 episodes, and maybe some TNGs though I can't think of many good TNG ferengi episodes.

All I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by

A second Klingon Fan Collective would have been good. To get all those Klingon episodes that the first missed!

does anyone know if they are planning on putting out anymore fan collectives?

I think they're pretty much done releasing Fan Collectives. The last DVDs were those Best of TOS and TNG volumes on Region 1, single discs featuring a handful of classic episodes. http://store.startrek.com/categories/11-dvds

Which is a shame because I'd suggest a Vulcans & Romulans set.

It could've been a decent plot tie-in with the last film. The 10 best efforts featuring the Star Empire and some logically connected stories:
