Some of it is also an e-mail form and on the message boards! There is no "graduation" or "academy". All player levels are welcome! No experience needed!
Now let me tell you about Federation Underground. Federation Underground is made up of 4 starships and space stations. The Federation is desperate for informants to go behind enemy lines to retrieve information, or infiltrate an enemy building. Federations final conclusion Federation Underground. This special fleet for the Federation does the dirty work that other starships and space stations are not qualified to do.
