Open a channel and say...
'We are the Borg, you shall be assimilated, resistance is futile.' and that would confuse them long enough to THEN kick in warp and get out of there.

Really GBJackson? is that why the borg made an entire SINGLE appearance in the very first episode of DS9 (a scene which, by the way was also a TNG scene and telling sisko's history so not really even DS9 yet) and then never showed up again? yep, waaaaaaaay overused

Personally I think that a new queen can be made, We have actually seen the queen die twice. Maybe whenever a queen dies all the borg under her direct control die (like the ones on the enterprise in ST:FC) but all the others in the collective actually survive and somehow come to a general consensus of where to build a new HQ and who to make queen.

That was in one of the books though which aren't taken as canon. However Thats pretty much the idea that I'm thinking.

For the actual proper discussion on this board I'd do this:

Ram the borg with a structual integrity power to the front. Break throgh the outer casing into the massive empty interior (see picards nightmare in ST:FC), while in there let fly with every weapon at the, major power couplings and then run away before the whole thing blows up.

People the ultimate borg mission would be Janeways when she boarded the borg globe with 7 of 9. That would be great. You would have a time limit to get in and out and just before it you could mess around on the holodeck practicing. Hey if you complete that mission you should get the Borg holodeck programme as a reward!
