The word time just seems incorrect to this discussion lol
Distance is proven... We can see Distance... Weather it be a meter or a mile. We can physically measure distance!
Time is proven... It takes you so long to go from point A to B that is time! How long it takes is the measurment we created like centemeter and mile.
Just because you cannot see it does not mean it isn't there...

A theorem is a theory that has been put into practice and can be demonstratably confirmed to be true. And yes, theorems do exist. This doesn't make them 100% fool-proof, though. Nothing is, really. |

Indeed. Also, if Time wasn't real, then Speed couldn't be real, either. Because Speed = Distance / Time. It's an absurd idea! |

Time exists... It just does not seem to because the only way we have to express it is the values we created to measure it! Distance and all that is the same! But Distance is easier to accept because we can see it!
also I love those little convenient little pyramids....
Speed = Distance / Time
Distance = Speed * Time
Time = Distance / Time

Uhh... That's about a book which seems to confirm that Time does exist, by making it a physical entity. So yes, yes it does indeed exist.  |

Ever hear of the space time continuum? In a logical sense we aren't able to capture the true essence of time however it does indeed affect us. We perceive things the way our brain wants us to. We of course use time as a variable but we do not fully understand it, but yes it does exist as we do feel it's affects. May it be through radioactive decay or what nots...

Most theories dealing with time travel, show that it impossible to travel further back in time than the creation of the Time machine self, whether the time machine in question is traveling worm hole or some from of Space warping gravity source.

Thats if you go with the Time Travel in our own universe theory. In the Multiple universe theory you just cross over to one that didn't start as early ours did. Or it's either the fith or higher dimension were time its self is a meterial object and just by walking forward or backward you are traveling thru time...I always thought that was pretty cool... |
well then its not time travel anymore...its traveling between dimensions that have events similar to our own dimenions events that happened in our past. |
