Any one remeber Space Quest?

Does anyone remember a PC game called Space Quest? there have been 6 space quest games. i was only able to play the 2nd game, but now i've downloaded zipped versions of 1,2,and 3.  can anyone help me unzipping them? i have winzip, but dont understand how to unzip the files. any help would be great, thanks

they have all space quest 1-6, i just downloaded 1-3.

I remember they had Spacequest and King's quest. Whatever happened to the days of the puzzle solver adventure games.
Also Monkey Island rocked.

yeah i had both those games...god those were awsome....I miss the days where you had puzzles to solve and wernt just supposed to be happy with good graphics

My personal favorite was 'Day of the Tentacle' it was so funny to play!

How to unzip: Drag the zip file with right mouse button. Drop it where you want to uncompress it.
From the appearing menu select "extract here" or something like that.
However, I recommend WinRAR for you.

The first three Space Quests are the heart of the series. After three, one of the Two Guys from Andromeda quit the series, and he  apparently took all the funny with him. In my opinion Space Quest 2 was the best, followed by 1, then 3. The closest comparison I can make is to Red Dwarf. Definately worth checking out if you haven't already played them.

hey people,
 i got the games and unzipped them! i've been playing SQ1, but i dont know how to save the game! can someone help me? i know F5 saves games, but it wont let me! any advice would be great! (its in DOS, if that helps) :bugout:
