Someone tell me why it is so hard to get members my site only has 3 members and has been open for a week please join or give advice The Ship

Well, it's all in what people see of your sim. If you are recruting for a really established and popular sim than a "ok, come and join the following position..." might work. But if your just starting out that want work, and from what I have saw thats what the advertisement for your ship is like.

Well then what do u think i should do, i need a crew for the ship, so dont tell me what not to do just what to do, or help by joining

I am GM of a upcomming Special Operations team. I don't have time to sim, and I have made it a policy not to make deals with newer sims because I don't like getting caught up in the stuff that goes on with alot of new sims. (Hint Hint Delta Fleet hint hint.) But Delta Fleet is only an example.
For assistance, I suggest working on a website, and a better advertisement than, "join my ship, the USS -------."
