Hello Monica and All,
We, my husband, my son and myself, will be comming in on Wed.  We will be staying at the Hilton. This will be our 3rd Vegas convention.
We are also sooooo excited about the convention!
We will also be wearing costumes for the con! I will be in a Next Gen uniform with the gray shoulders and maybe do a klingon one of the days. Richard will be in a Voyager Delta Flyer racing uniform!
Hi Eric!  Glad to hear you will be back! (I was the one that wore the Deanna Troy dress two years ago at the TNN party!!!)
Does anyone know if Quarks is going to do the "Trekkerdy" game any of the nights!?! It's a blast....oh... but try not to be a contestant after part of a "Warp Core Breech" and two other drinks that I can't remember the names of! Anyway I hope they do have it one of the nights it's great fun!
Also.. just ...FYI....there is a small club on the other side of the casino at the Hilton that has a kind of way back night on Thurs. Disco and hits of the 80's! It's fun if you like to dance or just enjoy the music!
Can't wait!!
Hopefully see you all there,
Capt. Karen

Hey Karen! (and everyone else)

THatwas a cool party that TNN did a couple of years ago... I've been checking the Spike TV website every couple of days, but I haven't seen anything about any other parties besides the ones Creation is doing. Does anyone know about anything else like this?

We're planning on seeing "Spock's Brain" done live on Thursday.  When I was in New York about a dozen years ago, there was an off-Broadway theater that did the same thing with Brady Bunch episodes-- they used live actors and did the scripts exactly as written, and it was really funny.  I'm looking forward to see what this group of actors does :-)

Spock's Brain tickets are I think $15 dollars but you'll need to check. If you go to the Creation website they have the schedule listed for the con and the info is there. I only scaned it so the price maybe different.
I am so ready to go!!!!! So tired of waiting!
Later, Capt. Karen

Spocks Brain Tickets will not cost anything for the Captains Chair, or Gold Ticket holders. They added that as a bonus for those ticket holders. We will just show our writstbands to get in.

Here is the excerpt from the web site. 8:30PM We wanted to do something extra special for our GOLD and CAPTAINS CHAIR WEEKEND PATRONS, so were bringing in this unprecedented extra-added show for you: just show your wristbands for entrance and grab your usual seats! Everyone else: tickets are available for $15 at registration or at the door to the ballroom (we open at 8:15pm). Enjoy SPOCKS BRAIN Live in Las Vegas!

The email I got last night, said that I would get my photo op tickets via email today. I did not have a chance to check my emails before I left this morning to come to work.

Last day of work today. And then it's an early flight tomorrow morning. Wohoo Can't wait.

hopefully its not a issue for others but just as a word of warning for those with photo-ops, the jpeg email that you need went to my junk folder in hotmail so for those expecting it in hotmail, be careful about that.

Great pics F91!!!

Can you believe this heat?  I don't understand why anyone would want to live in a place where's it 100 at 7:30 in the morning.

But the view of the strip at night makes up for it.

Hello,

I'm a first time convention attendee and I was wondering 1) can I leave the convention to get food or something and then return to the convention? 2) can I bring food and water to the convention or is food and drinks not allowed?

Thanks :D
