Up for the Heritage Award are the original Star Trek series, Twin Peaks, Saturday Night Live, Cheers and Lost (co-created, of course, by J.J. Abrams). And, up for the Career Achievement Award are Dick Clark, Andy Griffith, David Letterman, Regis Philbin and Star Trek legend William Shatner.

The Television Critics Association is a group of journalists who cover the television industry across all media. The winners of the 2012 TCA Awards will be announced during a presentation ceremony on July 28. Please join us in wishing Star Trek and William Shatner good luck on the big night.
