Remembering Josepha Sherman, 1946-2012

StarTrek.com is saddened to report the passing of Josepha Sherman. The award-winning author, who suffered from dementia for several years, succumbed on August 23. A prolific writer of fiction and non-fiction, Sherman’s output included novels based on Star Trek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gene Roddenberry’s Andromeda and Highlander. Among her Star Trek efforts – all penned with Susan Shwartz -- were Vulcan’s Heart, Vulcan’s Forge, and the Vulcan’s Soul Trilogy: Exodus, Exile and Epiphany. Sherman was just 65 years old.
